Returns & Cancellations

At Javaforbeauty.com, we stand behind our products, and will always provide the highest quality, professional service to you. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any products you have purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund with 30 days of purchase.

How to return an item:  

  • Please review the policy below to confirm your product is eligible to return.
  • Obtain authorization to return your item by contacting us at returns@javaforbeauty.com.
  • Please include all parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, and accessories, along with the product’s original packaging.
  • Please include a copy of your packing slip and return authorization received from us via email.
  • Please allow us at least 7 to 10 days to proceed the returns & credit.

Return & Cancellation Policy:

  • Products must be unused and sealed, or in original condition for a full refund.
  • There will be no refund or returns allowed after 30 days from purchase date.
  • Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without any return authorization cannot be accepted. 
  • Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund.
  • Returned items will be inspected by Javaforbeauty staff before we issue the credit or refund. This is one of the steps we take to ensure everything we sell is in perfect condition.
  • We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit, so we highly recommend you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
  • All sales or promotional items are final sale and those are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damages that may have occurred during shipping. If a product has been broken or damaged during shipping, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately for instructions on how to proceed next. Please keep the box, packaging materials, and damaged items for inspection by the carrier. If this is not done promptly and correctly, we are not responsible to exchange the damaged items.
  • All credit card purchases will issue a refund to the credit card used.
  • When using any skincare products, if any irritations such as itching, burning, scaling or any other unusual occurs, we are not responsible for those results. We strongly recommend consulting your physician before purchasing any new products on our site.
