What happens when an item is out of stock?
We do our best to maintain stock for all of our items, but we can’t guarantee or predict when an item will become highly sought after or when a shipment to our warehouse will be delayed. Each out of stock product is marked on our site. If you have ordered a product that is temporarily out of stock and want to cancel or exchange the back-ordered product, contact customer service

My item is back-ordered, when will I receive it?
We know it can be hard to wait for a back-ordered item. We always notify customers by email if an item in your order is back-ordered. 

I am having a reaction to the product, can I return it?
Before trying any new product, we encourage you to consult your physician to ensure the product is safe for you. Unfortunately, if the product is used or opened, we cannot accept returns, as we will not able to resell the product if it’s been used or opened.

How do I know if my order shipped?
As soon as your order is on its way, we will send a notification by email. The email address you register or provide on the site will be the one we use for any order updates. To ensure our emails are not blocked by your provider’s filter, you may also want add us to your email address book.

What if I do not get any order / shipping confirmation?
If you are not receiving our emails, please check your spam/junk folders, as filters can often misidentify emails from companies as spam/junk. To ensure future emails from us are delivered to your inbox, please add us to your contacts or address book. If you need further assistance, please contact customer service, and make sure to include your order number and email address associated with your Javaforbeauty account. A customer support representative will get back to you within 48 hours.
