What happens when an item is out of stock?
We do our best to maintain the items in stock, but we can’t guarantee always predict when an item will become highly sought after or when a shipment to our warehouse will be delayed. Each out of stocks product is marked on our site. If you have ordered a product that is temporarily out of stock and want to cancel or exchange the backordered product, contact Customer Service
My item is on backordered when will I receive it?
We know it can be hard to wait for a backordered item, we will notify customers by emails if the item is on backordered. If you are not receiving our emails, please check in your spam/junk folders, as filters can often misidentify emails from companies as spam/junk. To ensure future emails from us are delivered to your inbox, please add us to your contacts or address book. If you need further assistance please contact customer service. Include your order number and email address associated with your Javaforbeauty account. A customer support representative will help you within 24 to 48 hours.
I am having reaction to the product, can I return it?
Before trying any new product, we encourage you to consult your physician to ensure the product is safe for you. And I am sorry we do not accept any used or opened item. We will not able to resell the product if it’s been used or opened.
How do I know if my order shipped?
As soon as your order is on its way, we will send a notification by email. The email address you register or provide on the site will be the one we use for any order updates. To ensure our emails are not blocked by your provider’s filter, you may also want add us to your email address book.
What if I do not get any order / shipping confirmation?
